Dobrý den . Látka se mi moc líbí ale už jsem Vám to psala .Mohli byste látku stříhat dle přání zákazníka , třeba 2x5m a ne poslat10m. To mi hodně vadilo. Takže příště už budu hledat firmu která mi látku nastříhá dle přání. Ondráčková

Dobrý den, děkujeme za Vaše hodnocení. Látky standardně stříháme na přání zákazníka na jakýkoliv rozměr nebo přímo šijeme na míru - záclony, závěsy, povlaky atd. Ve Vaší objednávce tuto službu nevidím, objednala jste pouze metráž, nikde není uvedeno, že ji potřebujete nastříhat, takže bychom ani nevěděli na jaký rozměr. Příště stačí tento požadavek uvést, mrzí nás, že došlo k tomu to nedorozumění.

Poslala jsem balík zpět poštou, na adrese si jej nepřevzali.

Dobrý den, děkujeme za Vaše hodnocení. Váš balíček přišel bohužel během vánočních svátků a pošta nám jej místo doručení uložila na poště a nedala o tom zprávu. O balíčku jsme proto vůbec nevěděli. Vrácené zboží bez problémů přebíráme na naší adrese ve všechny pracovní dny. Mrzí nás tato komplikace. S přáním krásného dne.
